Tenancy Manager — Shropshire | £30,000 basic (OTE £35,000+) | Benefits

Mannleys and Samuel Wood Estate Agents have merged — and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Tenancy Manager to join our team and help manage our lettings portfolio, supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the tenancy.

Previous experience in residential lettings and tenancy management is essential for this role. You'll also need up-to-date knowledge of current lettings legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act, and a clear understanding of how recent reforms (Section 21 abolition, periodic tenancies, notice periods, etc.) affect day-to-day tenancy management.
