Training Scheduling Administrator
Part-time role – 20 hours a week over 4 days Horsea Island (Portsmouth)
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate scheduling of training programmes, including creating and maintaining timetables
- Allocate resources (trainers, rooms, equipment) to ensure smooth delivery of courses
- Maintain and update course schedules and templates within internal systems
- Publish training schedules and course information on relevant platforms
- Support changes to schedules, ensuring updates are accurately reflected and communicated
- Provide administrative support for training delivery, including coordinating visits, venues, and guest speakers
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all scheduling and resource requirements are met
- Assist with reporting and general scheduling administration, including handling queries and supporting day-to-day operations

- Previous experience as an administrator/co-ordinator
- Strong MS Office skills
- Adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
