By joining Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) as an E-commerce Manager you can be the difference between people just surviving and really living.

You will be part of Scotland’s leading health charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions and Long Covid to live life to the full again. Our Community Healthcare Support Service provides access to a range of supported self management and community recovery services to support people across Scotland to manage their health as well as possible and adjust to life after a diagnosis of a chest or heart condition or after a stroke.

As our E-commerce Manager, you’ll lead the charge in maximising digital sales across our eBay operations, turning donated goods into vital income through innovative, customer-focused strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a fast-evolving e-commerce function, harness cutting-edge technology, and optimise the full online journey - from listing and merchandising donated items to enhancing customer experience and conversion. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our reach, and bringing fresh, creative ideas to life in a purpose-driven environment.

Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, this role offers a great work-life balance alongside the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team during an exciting phase of development and innovation.
