The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales within your territory by building strong relationships with salons and barbers.

You will identify new business opportunities, support existing accounts, and represent the Muk brand with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales across your designated region

- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and stylists

- Identify and secure new business opportunities

- Deliver product education and brand support to clients

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Plan and manage regional salon visits efficiently

- Work closely with the education and marketing teams

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions

About You

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within professional hair or beauty

- Strong knowledge of the salon industry

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

- Confident presenting and demonstrating products

- Full UK driving licence required

- Ability to travel regularly within your region
