Client Services Administrator

Citrus Financial Management Ltd

Join a friendly team and play a key role in looking after our clients

Citrus Financial is looking for a friendly, confident and organised Client Services Administration Assistant to join our team near Sevenoaks.

This is a full-time, office-based role at the heart of our business. You’ll often be the first person our clients speak to, whether that’s welcoming them into the office, answering the phone or helping make sure their experience with us is smooth, professional and reassuring from start to finish.

Because of that, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Someone who is warm, capable, positive and professional, and who enjoys being part of a busy team.

This role would suit someone who has already had experience working in an office, customer service or other professional environment and is now looking for a new challenge. It could also be a great opportunity for someone returning to work who wants to join a supportive, well-established business.

For the right person, it can also be a starting point for a longer-term career in financial services.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for many of our clients, delivering a warm and professional welcome both in person and on the phone
  • Answering inbound calls confidently and helpfully, making sure clients feel supported and directed to the right person
  • Scheduling client meetings and coordinating adviser diaries
  • Welcoming clients to the office and creating a friendly, professional first impression
  • Ensuring reception, meeting rooms and the office environment remain tidy, organised and welcoming
  • Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments for visiting clients
  • Managing incoming calls and emails and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Receiving and distributing post and deliveries
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office by ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scanning, filing and preparing correspondence

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in an office, customer service or other professional working environment
  • Is confident speaking to people in person and on the phone
  • Enjoys helping others and delivering excellent service
  • Is organised, reliable and happy to get stuck in
  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work
  • Takes pride in creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Is comfortable managing a variety of tasks and staying organised in a busy office

Previous experience in financial services is not required. What matters most is personality, professionalism, a willingness to learn and the ability to deal confidently and warmly with people.

Who this role could suit

This role could suit:

  • Someone with previous office or customer-facing experience who is looking for a fresh challenge
  • A parent returning to work who wants a full-time local role in a supportive team
  • Someone from hospitality, retail, reception, customer service or administration who is ready to move into a professional office environment
  • Someone interested in building a longer-term career in financial services

Career development

For someone interested in financial services, this role can be an excellent entry point.

You’ll gain first-hand experience of how a professional financial planning firm operates while developing valuable skills in client service, organisation and financial administration.

Over time, the role may develop into broader responsibilities within the Client Services team, with the opportunity to build knowledge of the financial planning process and progress further within the business.

Training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
