Welfare Benefits Caseworker Supervisor

Sefton, Merseyside | 35 hours per week

Citizens Advice Sefton is seeking to appoint a Welfare Benefits Caseworker Supervisor to provide high-quality advice to clients and technical supervision to advisers and caseworkers.

This is a key role combining complex casework with day-to-day support for colleagues, including mentoring, quality assurance, and maintaining high service standards.

Salary: £33,534 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of welfare benefits, experience in an advice setting, and the ability to support and guide others effectively.
