Location: Regular travel across the Northeast
Contract: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Salary: c. £69,000 + £6,200 car allowance
Are you an experienced senior leader who understands what exceptional care looks like? As District Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of 8 care homes across the Northeast, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, exceptional resident experiences, and high performing services for older people.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands what outstanding residential care looks like and is motivated by delivering consistently high quality, compliant services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead an Established Portfolio: You’ll oversee a group of 8 care homes, ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding care and resident experience.
- Drive Performance: Deliver district KPIs, service standards and business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and resident wellbeing.
- Care Quality & Compliance: Maintain full oversight of regulatory compliance and safeguarding, ensuring standards consistently meet and exceed expectations across all homes within your portfolio.
- Champion Resident Experience: Use resident feedback, audits and performance insights to continuously improve services, drive positive outcomes, and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Budget & Resources: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets effectively to ensure resources are used to deliver sustainable, high quality services and achieve commercial objectives.
- Inspire Your Team: Coach and develop a team of Home Managers, empowering them to lead with confidence, deliver excellence, and create outstanding environments for residents.
What You’ll Need
- Passion for delivering outstanding, person centred care and meaningful experiences to residents.
- Significant operational management experience within the care sector, with a track record of delivering commercially successful, high quality and regulatory compliant care services.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within adult social care.
- A natural leader with the ability to engage, influence and develop high-performing teams.
- Confidence in managing financial performance while maintaining an uncompromising focus on care quality and resident wellbeing.
