Responsibilities

Designing Learning Experiences that Drive Engagement and Growth

• Design blended learning experiences, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
• Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention

Modernizing Learning Through AI and Digital Innovation

• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful learning experiences

Turning Learner Insights into Scalable Experiences

• Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions
• Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
• Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality

• Project management, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration capability.
• Data informed mindset with the ability to interpret learner insights and engagement trends. •
Curiosity, adaptability, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset

Applying AI and Digital Tools with Judgment

• Experience with modern learning ecosystems, digital enablement platforms, and AI-enabled workplace tools.
• Adaptability to emerging technologies and evolving workforce capability needs.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve scalability, personalization, and learner engagement through AI-enabled solutions.
Sound judgment regarding AI-generated content, learner experience, accessibility, and responsible technology use

Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
