The Role

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of incentive management and eCommerce products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs to align with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

• Proven expertise or understanding of incentive management and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams to align product goals.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
