About The Role
Reports to Security Administration Manager
The purpose of this entry level position is to carry out daily duties within the Security Administration team and to provide support across the Aztec Group to enable Aztec's future ambitions.
The role holder should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communicational skills, whilst delivering a proactive, service-focused capability to the business.
As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high quality outputs and building professional expertise. This will be achieved through developing foundational skills and knowledge, contributing towards overall team objectives, timely execution of tasks and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilising the Group’s Service Delivery tool, Ivanti, provide effective prioritisation and resolution of Service Requests for all jurisdictions
- Receiving and distributing banking hardware to the business
- Assisting with the organisation and signing of various financial documents
- Following robust procedures and controls and using initiative for problem solving
- Adhering to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the joiner, leaver, mover, and change (“JLMC”) process
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services
- Undergoing ongoing personal development, including professional qualifications, as agreed with the Security Administration Manager
- Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users and gain a good understanding of the business needs that are supported
- Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required within the team
Skills, Knowledge, Expertise
- Computer literacy is essential
- Ability to carry out all duties accurately and have a keen eye for detail
- Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity
- Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication and organisational skills, plus a willingness to learn
- Work well as part of an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in an IT service delivery role would be an advantage, as would experience in a financial services environment
