Osborne Architects is a small, ambitious architecture studio based in Welwyn Garden City.

We focus on housing-led projects and are growing with a clear plan: to build a commercially strong, design-led practice with high standards of technical delivery, coordination and client service.

This is an opportunity to join the studio at an early stage, work directly with the Director, and play a meaningful role in shaping how the practice develops.

Role Description

We are looking for an Architect with 2-4 years post-qualification experience or a strong Architectural Technician to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role would suit someone who is confident in Revit, accurate in their work, and enjoys producing well-coordinated planning and technical information.

You will be involved in live residential and housing-led projects, primarily across RIBA Stages 3 and 4, helping us deliver high-quality project information in a structured, process-led way.

This is a role for someone who wants more than just another job in a large team. You will have real involvement, direct mentoring, and the opportunity to grow with the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills
• Experience producing planning and/or technical drawing packages
• Good attention to detail
• A practical, organised approach
• Interest in residential and housing-led projects
• Ability to work within established office standards, templates and processes
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
