Vet Nurse - Small Animal RVN

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Vet Nurse to join a fantastic small animal veterinary practice in the city of Chester area, Cheshire.

Role

• full time permanent opportunity includes 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
• practice has an excellent reputation locally and is well equipped with modern facilities and a varied caseload.
• role is a great mix of small animal nursing duties including; consults, in-patient and theatre work.(monitoring anaesthetics and assisting with surgeries)
• ideally you will be an experienced, professional, and passionate Veterinary Nurse looking to further develop.
• your personal development is encouraged and supported and this role can be tailored towards your own particular interests.
• join a lovely, friendly, welcoming team of 5 RVNs that enjoy socialising together outside of work.
• A great place to live and work! Chester is a historic walled city, surrounded by beautiful Cheshire countryside and less than an hour from Liverpool and Manchester.

Requirements

• Qualified Vet Nurse
• Registered with RCVS
• experience in practice
• looking to further develop

Salary Package

• Salary to £34,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
• CPD fully funded, paid holidays, healthcare scheme, paid RCVS and VDS fees, pension scheme, discounts etc
