Are you an experienced EP who would like the opportunity to develop your skills in strategic and organisational change? If you do, we can offer you a Specialist Educational Psychologist role at our Hastings or Eastbourne bases.

As a Specialist Educational Psychologist in East Sussex EPS, you will have the opportunity to take the lead in a specialist area of Educational Psychology work. The specific area will be identified in line with the strategic development plans for the EPS and the Education Division.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Has an Honours degree in Psychology or a qualification recognised as equivalent by a university or by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
  • Has successfully completed a course of recognised postgraduate professional training as an Educational Psychologist
  • Is registered to practice with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Have experience in leading and coordinating Educational Psychology initiatives to support strategic change
  • Have skills in identifying and reviewing the impact of systemic work

Working with East Sussex EPS is a rare experience in the current EP climate, as we continue to provide a link EP approach for all schools. Our service is highly regarded, and we work closely with other inclusion services in the county.
