Business Analyst

We're working with a growing, technology-led organisation at the forefront of digital innovation, seeking an experienced professional to drive business-critical system implementations and transformation programs.

The Role

• Map and document current business processes across service delivery, operations, sales, and finance
• Conduct gap analysis against best-practice workflows for enterprise software implementations
• Work closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with the implementation roadmap
• Define and document future-state processes and workflows
• Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live
• Capture and validate user requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors during configuration, testing, and training
• Support change management and user adoption post-implementation
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement and transformation initiatives

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) processes (Service Desk, Projects, Finance, CRM, Asset Management)
• Experience with Halo PSA or similar tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple teams
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects
