Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

£14.00 per hour | 30 Hours per Week | Occasional Weekend Work

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Support Operative to join our growing team, covering Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will support our cleaning operations across a range of domestic and commercial sites, helping to ensure our customers receive the high-quality service Vapor Clean is known for.

The position is for 30 hours per week, with occasional weekend work as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across domestic and commercial properties.
• Support teams across multiple sites within the Plymouth area.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients.
• Assist with specialist and deep cleaning tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable due to travel between sites.
