About the Role

As part of the Zen Educate team, you’ll be supporting in nurseries across Bristol and surrounding areas, assisting with the care and development of children in early years settings. Each placement provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification or above in Early Years
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
