Ensuring the Purchase Ledger is kept up to date and accurately maintained.

There may be the opportunity for the successful candidate to go onto further accountancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
  • Liaising with colleagues across the business
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grade 5 or above in both Maths and English.
  • Any experience in this type of role is a benefit although not necessary.
  • Candidate must be competent in using Microsoft programmes; Excel, Word and Outlook.
