Quantity Surveyor

We’re hiring at WaterWise Utilities!

Due to our recent internal restructure, we’re looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who not only has strong commercial awareness but is also comfortable supporting procurement and buying activities where required.

The role will involve managing project costs, valuations and commercial performance across our water, multi-utility and civils works, while also playing a part in supplier engagement and material procurement to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities include

• Cost management and reporting across live projects

• Preparation and agreement of valuations and final accounts

• Supporting procurement and buying of materials and services

• Working closely with operational teams to maintain commercial control

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
