About The Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated

Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our supported living team in Clacton-on-Sea.

You’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs to live more independently in their own homes and communities. This is a rewarding role where every day is different, and your support can make a real and lasting difference.

Whether you already have care experience or are looking to build a career in health and social care, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care where required (washing, bathing, toileting)
  • Supporting daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Assisting with medication (after training)
  • Encouraging independence and developing life skills
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion
  • Following care plans, safeguarding guidance, and risk assessments
  • Keeping accurate daily records and updates
