Commercial Business Manager - Modular Buildings

Company Description

The Beal Group is a Glasgow-based manufacturing group with over 40 years of experience in textiles, supplying industrial and specialist textile solutions across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager, based at our head office in Cumbernauld, to continue growing our Modular Buildings business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and developing existing customer relationships. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth across a diverse product portfolio.

What You'll Do

Win new business and develop strategic customer relationships

Manage and grow existing accounts

Generate and convert sales opportunities

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial solutions

Represent The Beal Group at customer meetings and industry events

Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer delivery

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven

Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular, transport, or related sectors is advantageous
