We’re Hiring: Patient Journey & Operations Coordinator (Associate)
As Well Mind People continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Patient Journey & Operations Coordinator to join our team on an associate basis.
This is a flexible role (approximately 5–10 hours per week initially), primarily working remotely with occasional visits to our Wallingford office.
We are seeking someone with significant experience in administration, operations, practice management or patient services, ideally within mental healthcare or another healthcare setting.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can bring experience, initiative and a problem-solving mindset to help us continually improve the patient experience and support the growth of the practice.
• Managing patient enquiries and bookings
• Supporting patients and therapists throughout the treatment journey
• Reviewing and improving systems and processes
• Maintaining high standards of confidentiality and GDPR compliance
• Helping develop efficient and scalable operational procedures
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• An excellent communicator
• Experienced in handling sensitive information
• Confident working independently
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience
• Skilled at identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
