About the Role

Tormac Pumps Ltd is hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts. This is a phone-forward role: you’ll spend your day calling prospects, qualifying leads, following up on quotes, and closing deals. If you’re confident on the phone and motivated by targets, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospects and inbound follow-ups daily

• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend the right products

• Prepare and follow up on quotes through to close

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM

• Build and manage a pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly targets

• Develop long-term relationships with repeat customers

Requirements

Proven sales experience — track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong telephone skills — comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections by phone

• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

• Comfortable using CRM and basic office software

Nice to Have

• Experience selling industrial products, pumps, or technical equipment

• B2B sales background

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
