  • Salary: Care Level 1 - £13.55 per hour with an unsociable hours supplement of £1.50 per hour for weekend working
  • Salary Care Level 2 - £13.73 per hour with an unsociable hours supplement of £1.50 per hour for weekend working
  • Overtime is paid at an extra £1.50 per hour
  • Shifts available: Day, Evenings, and Weekends
  • Hours: Full time hours available - fixed shifts on a rota
  • Weeks: 38 or 52 per year
  • Annual leave: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holidays (pro rata for 38 week staff)

We offer flexible interview arrangements - including Saturdays!

An Enhanced DBS with barring (no cost) and reference checks will be sought from the successful candidate following successful interview.

Requirements

Female applicants only for this role due to the personal care requirements of the individuals we support.

Ability and willingness to assist students with their personal care requirements as needed, whilst maintaining their dignity.

Ability to support students in a way that promotes their independence and development in the education setting

NVQ 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to complete in an agreed timeframe.

Willingness to undertake and achieve Skills for Care Induction Award within 12 weeks if no formal care qualifications.
