Sales Marketing Assistant

A very exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing frozen food company with great ambition at a key point in the brand’s journey.

Working directly with the founder and our small but mighty team, you will support a range of sales and marketing activities, including social media content creation, customer engagement, brand marketing initiatives and sales support projects.

We’re looking for someone with

• A passion for food and the role it plays in a joyful lifestyle
• Aproactive, self-starting and positive attitude
• Excellent writing skills and a love of storytelling
• A creative eye and enthusiasm for social media
• Confidence creating photo and video content on an iPhone
• Plenty of ideas and the confidence to share them
• Strong empathy and professionalism when responding to customer enquiries in a calm and timely manner
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and building or training AI agents/workflows would be highly advantageous

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, content creation and entrepreneurship while working closely with a founder in a high-growth consumer brand.

Location: Vauxhall, London

Working pattern: Full-time, with three days per week in the office

Contract options

• One-year placement
• Ongoing contract
• Summer internship

Start date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
