Hiring: Lead Consultant – Oracle EBS HRMS Applications

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – Oracle EBS HRMS Applications for a UK-based consulting engagement.

Location: UK (Remote)

Travel: Leeds, UK – Twice per month

Salary: Up to £90,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Preferred

Experience Required

10–14+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing activities for Oracle EBS HRMS applications

• Manage System Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing cycles

• Coordinate testing across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, and Learning modules

• Drive release validation, defect management, and testing governance activities

• Ensure production stability and quality across AMS releases and enhancements

• Work closely with business stakeholders, support teams, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes
