We have an excellent opportunity for a Demonstrator on one or more modules.

You will have knowledge of and experience of one of the required modules areas listed below and be qualified to the corresponding level of the award as required to teach (or demonstrate equivalent professional/industry level experience).

  • Earth and Planetary Sciences,
  • Igneous Petrology,
  • Planetary Interiors,
  • Comets,
  • Asteroids and Meteorites,
  • Field Geology,
  • Sedimentary Petrology and Stratigraphy,
  • Field Mapping,
  • Volcanism in the Solar System,
  • Earth as a Planet,
  • Planetary Geophysics.

Salary

Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £24.55 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked. This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 6, which covers preparation, teaching, administration, and other examining duties in connection with the course.

Contract
