Hampshire Healthcare Partners is a newly established private healthcare group with a bold vision: to deliver exceptional, evidence‑based care within a modern, patient‑centred service. We are now seeking a Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join us at this pivotal early stage and help shape the future of our clinical offering.

This role is ideal for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist ready to step up, or an existing Band 7 Physiotherapist looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment.

About the Role

As our Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will take a lead role in delivering high‑quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll work independently day‑to‑day, but never in isolation. You’ll benefit from working alongside multiple practice teams with regular clinical supervision and mentorship from a Consultant MSK Physiotherapist, ensuring ongoing development and professional support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• Strong MSK clinical experience, with confidence in assessing, treating, and evaluating interventions in line with evidence‑based practice
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues
• Outstanding manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• A collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a team while being confident working autonomously.
• A proactive, professional approach, with enthusiasm for contributing to a new and evolving service.
