We're looking for a talented

PMO Analyst to support the effective delivery of change and strategic programmes across our firm.

The role

As a PMO Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of our Business Change & Delivery team, playing a central role in embedding consistent project standards, producing meaningful management information, and driving maturity across our growing project portfolio. This is a developmental role designed to grow with you, offering real scope for progression as our PMO function matures and our governance structures are embedded firm-wide – making it a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and developing the firm's project portfolio, ensuring all active initiatives are accurately tracked and reported, and producing portfolio-level dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Supporting governance activities – including preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for project governance forums – whilst championing consistent PMO standards and providing guidance to project managers and business owners across the firm.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance PMO processes and tools, supporting benefit tracking and post-implementation reviews, and staying abreast of best practice in project and portfolio management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly for a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrable interest in or experience of project management, PMO, or change management environments – ideally within a professional services or legal setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of attention to detail, a collaborative and proactive approach, and the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
