Chair of the Board of Trustees

Wessex Museums Trust is seeking a new Chair to join the Board. This is an opportunity to contribute to the leadership and future direction of the charity.

As a Trustee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Wessex Museums Trust. The Board of Trustees holds strategic responsibility for governance, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.

Our mission is to support museums to connect, inspire and add value to people’s lives.

Wessex Museums comprises of seven museums which tell the stories of Dorset and Wiltshire from prehistoric times to the present day. Together we form the charity Wessex Museums Trust, which exists to build the resilience and relevance of our partner museums.
