We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and people-focused Club Manager to lead operations at Carbon Padel Club Rochdale.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing padel communities and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience while helping grow the sport locally.What you’ll be responsible for:

Day-to-day club operations

Member engagement and community building

Driving club growth and performance

Leading and supporting the team

Delivering an outstanding customer experience
