Planning Officer | Remote | £29,000 - £35,000

We’re currently recruiting for a Planning Officer to join a growing compliance and property-focused organisation on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in planning, housing legislation, property compliance, or the built environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing a varied workload.

The Role:

  • Reviewing planning applications, conversions, and Lawful Development Certificates
  • Advising on permitted development, change of use, listed buildings, and conservation areas
  • Assessing planning compliance across residential property portfolios
  • Producing reports and recommendations in line with current planning legislation
  • Liaising with internal compliance and property teams
  • Supporting wider planning and compliance activities across the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within planning, housing, development management, or property compliance
  • Knowledge of planning legislation and permitted development
  • Experience with listed buildings and conservation areas
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and handling high-volume workloads
