What you’ll be doing: Creating stunning fresh and dried floral attangrments Delivering warm, genuine customer service, in-store, over the phone and online Helping with the daily running and presentation of the shop Conditioning and caring for our flowers and plants Supporting weddings, events, and installations Lending a hand with deliveries and general shop upkeep Capturing and sharing your work on social media What we’re looking for: Previous floristry experience (essential) Retail or customer-facing experience (essential) Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) A strong creative eye and real attention to detail Great communication skills and a warm, customer-first approach Someone who can keep calm and work efficiently when it gets busy Reliable, organised, and self-motivated Happy to work some Saturdays and key seasonal periods What you’ll get: Part-time hours — approx. 12–15 per week Competitive pay based on experience Staff discount A supportive, creative team who love what they do Room to grow and develop your skills Sound like you?
