The Directors and Leadership Team of Exceed Learning Partnership are looking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor (Facilities Team) to manage the cleaning and presentation standards at Bentley High Street Primary School Doncaster. There may be the opportunity for applicants to increase the working hours to 27.5 if you are able to work in both Bentley High Street Primary School and the Mallard Academy In this case working hours would be mornings 2 hours per day at The Mallard Academy and Afternoons 2.5 hours per day at Bentley High Street Primary School.
Bentley High Street Primary School is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust that currently comprises of 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating a positive clean and safe environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. As part of our team, you will be expected to:
- Adhere to Cleaning Protocols: Follow detailed cleaning procedures to ensure all areas meet our rigorous hygiene and safety standards. This includes using the correct cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces and tasks.
- Work Collaboratively: Manage team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Clear communication and cooperation are essential to meet our cleaning schedules and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that ensure the school is always cleaned and presented to the highest standards
- Managing stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment, knowing when to order to avoid shortages
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, and our pupils
- Providing and responding to feedback: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to improve cleaning processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements in our cleaning standards
- Opening and securing the building in the absence of the School Premises Manager
