Spire St Anthony's are looking for a bank robotic surgical first assistant to join their team on a flexible working basis. St Anthony's have acquired a da Vinci surgical system and are looking for experience robotic SFA's to join our dynamic and dedicated team.
Our multispecialty unit will give you the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise. We have six operating theatres covering a wide range of specialities and procedures including Ortho, Gynae, Cardio-thoracic and many other surgical specialties.
Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention supporting the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre, taking on the roles of a surgical practitioner, dual role and advanced surgical practitioner with extended skills.
- To assist the perioperative managers to deliver effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical support assisting the theatre manager to effectively maximise theatre utilisation.
Requirements
- NMC/HCPC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- SFA qualification is essential
- Experienced with robotic da Vinci surgical system
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Strong communication skills
