As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Trainee People Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of a high-quality, people-focused service within the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into HR, with real, hands-on experience, structured support, and clear progression into a fully qualified HR role.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, people-first, and genuinely passionate about developing a career in HR.
The right individual will have
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A full clean driving license
While not essential, we’d welcome candidates who have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role
- An interest in, or are working towards, a CIPD qualification
- A basic understanding of employment law
JOB SUMMARY
As part of our People team, you’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues and managers across the business. Your day-to-day role will include:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers (with guidance)
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Assisting with projects and continuous improvement initiatives
