We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to help take the business to the next level by generating new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business and developing accounts within the transport and haulage sector.

* Identifying and securing new business opportunities

* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

* Generating leads and converting them into long-term clients

* Promoting FRS Haulage’s transport and logistics services

* Managing the sales process from first contact through to onboarding

* Working closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate

* Has excellent communication and customer service skills

* Is confident, motivated, and target-driven

* Has experience in sales, business development, or transport/logistics

* Can build rapport quickly and professionally

* Is proactive and capable of working independently

* Wants to grow with a successful family-run business
