We're Hiring: Social Media Manager
Due to rapid growth, we're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join the NKDeals team.
Who are we?
NKDeals is one of the UK's fastest-growing live-selling businesses. What started with just £1,000 worth of stock 9 months ago from a bedroom has grown into a thriving warehouse operation generating over £500,000 in sales, with thousands of customers and a highly engaged online community.
We specialise in live commerce, selling beauty products, fragrances, household essentials, gifts, liquidation stock and much more through entertaining live shopping events. Our audience continues to grow rapidly and we're now looking for someone to help take our social media presence to the next level.
What you'll be doing:
• Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram
• Filming and editing short-form videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content
• Managing content calendars and scheduling posts
• Promoting live shopping events, special offers and product launches
• Capturing the energy, personality and growth of the business
• Growing followers, engagement and brand awareness
• Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for viral content
• Working closely with the founders to develop content ideas and campaigns
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn growth strategies
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools
• Someone who enjoys fast-paced businesses and isn't afraid to think creatively
Bonus points if you have experience in e-commerce, live selling, retail, auctions or creator-led brands.
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per year (depending on experience)
We are also open to discussing freelance or part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates.
