Georgian Gardens is a thriving two‑form entry primary for pupils aged 4–11 with a strong inclusive ethos. We offer a broad, creative curriculum including arts, music and a STEAM specialism. Our provision for pupils with additional needs is well established — we use a Thrive approach to support emotional wellbeing, have extensive sensory spaces and an experienced SEND team. What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be a qualified teacher with a proven record of effective classroom practice in KS2 (ECTs will also be considered)
  • Shows secure curriculum knowledge and can translate assessment into precise classroom actions.
  • Demonstrate consistently high expectations for behaviour and learning and can build positive relationships with pupils and families.
  • Puts universal provision first: skilful differentiation and high‑quality first teaching that reduces the need for escalation to specialist interventions.
  • Works well as a team, contributing to CPD, resource development and whole‑school improvement.
