Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible working in a supportive and professional environment? Spire Thames Valley Private Hospital is seeking caring and committed individuals to join our Bank team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled clinical team, delivering outstanding patient care in a modern, well-equipped hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and clinicians
  • Support and monitor patients during their time in clinic
  • Recognise and report any changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professional
  • Assist with the safe movement and handling of patients in accordance with hospital policies

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (or equivalent) in a hospital or clinical setting is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable
  • Competency in ECGs, phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, and patient observations is required

Working Hours: Shifts include - Long days 07:00 – 19:30, Long Nights 19:00 – 07:30
