We offer a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) with world-class CPD, seminars, practical sessions, and mentorship. The programme includes 250 hours of specialist training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to build your network. Core areas cover shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, neurology, surgery, ultrasound, and clinical reasoning. After training, you can choose flexible full-time ECC shifts (30–40 hours/week) with work-life balance in mind. Salary starts at £42,250 for 8 weeks, rising to £60,000. Benefits include private healthcare, enhanced sick/maternity pay, generous leave, paid birthday and volunteering days, CPD allowance, membership fees, discounts, pension, and death in service.
