Are you a detail-driven number lover with a passion for accuracy? Ready to step into a role where your work truly makes an impact? We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

You’ll be at the heart of our accounting operations - handling transactions, supporting clients, and ensuring our financial processes are seamless, efficient, and spot-on.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing invoices, expenses, and payments with speed and precision
  • Keeping our accounts system accurate and up to date
  • Managing Direct Debits, BACS, and TT transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts and petty cash
  • Preparing payments and maintaining financial records
  • Supporting a well-organised, high-performing finance function

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for getting things right
  • A finance qualification (or the ambition to achieve one; we’ll support you!)
