Are you experienced in freight forwarding and import operations? Looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, international logistics environment?

At Martico UK, part of the globally established Perez y Cia Group, we specialize in multimodal transport solutions across sea, air, road, and rail. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to join our UK team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing import & export shipments from booking to delivery

• Coordinating sea, air, and road freight operations

• Working closely with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, and customers

• Handling customs and operational documentation

• Providing exceptional customer service and proactive updates

• Resolving operational challenges efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations

• Import operations knowledge preferred

• Customs clearance experience

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Team-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
