  • Establish the OCH as a single source of truth, improving data quality and system integration
  • Champion the use of dashboards, analytics and digital tools (e.g. Power BI) to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Identify risks, trends and opportunities through data analysis and enable early intervention
  • Monitor productivity and performance, supporting operational teams to take corrective action where required
  • Ensure systems and processes are effective, identifying improvements and driving automation where possible
  • Work with digital and IT teams to support innovation and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the contract, including customers and alliance partners
  • Provide insight and reporting to support informed decision making at senior level

  • A data-driven mindset with experience producing management information and insights
  • Proven ability to deliver against KPIs while maintaining team engagement
  • Strong people management skills, including coaching and development
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
