Paralegal / Trainee Solicitors

Location: Keyworth, Ruddington, Plumtree, Nottinghamshire, or Rainham, Kent

Salary: From £23,500+, depending on experience and capability

Ives & Co Solicitors is looking for bright, motivated and enthusiastic Paralegals / Trainee Solicitors to join our growing team across Nottinghamshire and Kent.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career legal professionals who want hands-on experience in a friendly, supportive and ambitious legal environment.

For high-performing candidates who wish to qualify, we would also consider offering a training contract and sponsoring associated qualification costs to support long-term career development with the firm.

You will support fee earners and solicitors across busy legal teams, including:

• Residential conveyancing
• Private client
• Commercial matters
• Client communication
• File opening and administration
• Document preparation

You will learn how a high-quality legal practice works day to day while building practical legal skills, attention to detail, and client-service experience.
