As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of Asset Project work packs and uploading documentation that will support the overall Project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and collate data from field operatives and technical engineers (SAPs).
- Produce collated site documentation and ensure all photographs are uploaded from sub-contractor staff for completed works.
- Manage, produce, and update contract specific records (internal and external).
- Manage and collate project deliverables and KPI documents.
- Customer liaison.
- Planning and administration of Asset Replacement projects.
- Coordination with Project Manager and Project Coordinator for hand back information and timely return to the client.
- Share Point Tracker support and planner programming
- Use of varied software programmes such as ITiTF, CFS, IDMS.

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- IT Skills in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent), inc English & Maths
- Previous Technical Administration experience and work with spreadsheets.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
Desirable Qualifications & Attributes
- Higher grade (or equivalent) English and Maths.
- Experience working within an operational Frameworks delivery Team.
- Knowledge of Street works to support permits and council liaison.
- Knowledge of the construction and electricity industry.
- Knowledge of working with a Distribution Network Operator client.
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
