This is a part-time role of 7.5 hours per week, ideally spread over 2–3 days (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to discuss at interview.

Alongside is the new name for Julian House. We work with people experiencing social exclusion across the South and West of England, providing outreach, accommodation and support. Our clients may be sleeping rough, fleeing abuse, rebuilding after trauma, leaving prison, recovering from addiction, or trying to settle safely in a new community. About the Role

As the Future Ready Project Administrator, you’ll play an important part in supporting our Young Adults Project, helping to make a real difference in the lives of young people across Bath. Based at our Day Centre, you’ll be at the heart of the team - keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll take the lead on managing and maintaining accurate client data, ensuring outcomes are carefully recorded and shared across teams. Your work will directly support the service to measure impact, meet key targets, and continue delivering high-quality support, all while upholding GDPR and confidentiality standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records, ensuring all team activities, client information and outcomes are consistently recorded.
  • Producing and sharing regular reports on clients, project performance, and targets for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Managing information systems to ensure the team has easy access to accurate, relevant, and up-to-date service information, whilst supporting colleagues to confidently use these systems.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the service, including coordinating communication, responding to data request, keeping the office environment welcoming, and ensuring key messages and tasks are shared with the team.
