- Providing full administrative support to the site and wider team.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Data entry and document management.
- Supporting sales administration activities.
- Assisting with general office duties and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Essential
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Pattern
Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm
