An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high quality support to the Director and Associate Directors of the Nursing and Integrated Care Directorate.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, high-quality personal assistant service in a fast-paced and demanding senior leadership environment. The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities, frequent changes and tight timescales while remaining calm and flexible.
Responsibilities will include complex diary management, coordinating meetings and papers, drafting correspondence, handling sensitive and confidential information, liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders, taking minutes and ensuring matters are prioritised appropriately to support senior leadership.
The postholder will also be expected to provide cover for Directors across Healthcare Improvement Scotland when their PAs are on leave, requiring a flexible and responsive approach to changing priorities.
You will be educated to HNC level in an administrative subject or have demonstrable equivalent experience gained in a Personal Assistant/Administrative setting.
