What You’ll Bring to the Team
You will play a central role in maintaining an exceptional outdoor environment, ensuring our grounds are safe, welcoming, and well cared for, enhancing the daily experience of pupils, staff, and visitors.
Through hands‐on gardening and groundskeeping, you will make a visible impact on the life of the school - maintaining lawns, caring for planted areas, and keeping outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and appealing throughout the year. Your work will help create an environment the whole school community can enjoy and take pride in.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, your initiative and attention to detail will be key to sustaining a high‐quality environment.
