Your Role

NWADCS is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Analyst to lead regional analytics for Children’s Services across the North West. You’ll deliver high-quality insights to support strategic planning, performance, and innovation. Working with 24 Local Authorities and national partners, you’ll enhance data collections, lead diagnostics, and strengthen reporting to the Regional Innovation and Improvement Board. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change for children and families through impactful data.

About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative Senior Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive improvement. You’ll have experience leading projects from concept to delivery, working flexibly across teams, and presenting complex data and insights clearly to varied audiences. With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you thrive in collaborative environments and are confident engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with data visualisation tools (including Cloud based) is required. Experience in SEND, Early Years, Education, or Children’s Social Care is preferred. Adaptable and proactive, you’re committed to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes across a dynamic regional landscape.
